Starter Work: your first path, no CV

You are between 15 and 25, autistic or recognising yourself in it, and nobody has offered you a direction that looks like you yet. We start from what you already do, not from what you lack.

Starter Work: your first path, no CV

Most orientation paths begin with a file: an administrative recognition, a structure, a scheme. That is useful, and it often comes too early. Before knowing which door to push, you need a direction. That is what Starter Work is for: turning what you already do, and the way you function, into a few concrete leads to go and check.

Take the mini-test first (3 minutes, no account)

Who it is for

  • Still at school

Orientation time is coming and the boxes on offer do not fit. Your leads start from your interests, and your school counsellor stays your relay.

  • Out of school, no job, no training

You are between 16 and 25 and the usual paths assume a CV you do not have. Here, nobody asks for one.

  • Studies that did not work out

You started after secondary school and it stopped. What you learned in between counts, even without a diploma.

How it works

  1. Six questions, one per screen

What you do for hours, what drains you, what you are happy with, how you learn, who helps you, what you would like in a year. Each one can be skipped.

  2. A first sketch of leads

Directions to check, not a verdict: a day of observation, an internship, a short training. The first steps are done with someone who helps you.

  3. A PDF to show an adult

A parent, a teacher, a youth counsellor: the sketch exports so you can talk it through with them, and it can be redone once you have moved forward.

For parents and supporters

Under fifteen, the account does not start without you: the young person gives a parent's address, who receives an email with a consent link. Until you click, nothing is generated and no follow-up email is sent. Without a reply within thirty days, the account is deleted.

The young person's answers are only used to generate their leads. No health data is requested, and everything can be erased at any time from the account.

The leads name the relays that exist near you (youth employment services, school counselling, public employment service depending on age) and give you a place in the first steps.

What we do not promise

  • No diagnosis, no disguised test: what you tell us about yourself is taken as is.
  • No promise of a job or a guaranteed training place: a sketch is a starting point.
  • No pressure: nothing expires, you pick it up when the time is right.
